The City of Sydney is offering affordable office and storage spaces through their accommodation grants program.
The program supports organisations and groups that create community, cultural, economic or environmental benefits. Eligible organisations and groups can apply to lease these spaces at reduced rent for up to 5 years.
Available spaces
2 office spaces in Benledi House on Glebe Point Road
2 tenancies available at 2 Watson Road, Millers Point
Applications close 4pm, Tuesday 20 October
Applicants will be notified of the outcome in mid-December
Expected date that tenants can use the space from is February 2027
