The City of Sydney runs a range of events across the City of Sydney local area each year. Once you’ve registered your interest, your business will be added to the vendor database. If your offering is suitable for a particular event, they'll contact you to confirm your interest and availability. They'll also request any further information or documents required before entering into a vending agreement.
To be considered as a vendor, you will need to provide the following:
temporary food premises (TFP) number
menu and pricing
sketch of outlet including back of house area with dimensions
2 recent photos of the outlet and at least 2 images of stallholder food.
Register your interest via the website.
Registrations close at 5pm Friday 26 June.
