The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) is encouraging businesses interested in providing food and beverage experiences at the 2027 Sydney Royal Easter Show to throw their hat in the ring by completing an application form. This is your chance to come and meet over 800,000 customers.
The 2027 Show will be held over 12 days from Friday 19 March to Tuesday 30 March and catering outlets will operate in numerous outdoor locations around Sydney Showground. See the prospectus linked below for detailed information.
Please note you must submit your hard-copy application and all supporting documents by mail or courier only. Email applications will not be accepted.

Each Outlet Presentation Portfolio must be printed in colour and submitted as a bound document, no later than 5pm on Friday 25 September 2026.
Submissions must be clearly labelled with the applicant’s business name and outlet name and delivered to:
