The Support Act Wellbeing Helpline is a free, confidential Australia-wide counselling service for anyone working in the creative industries.
Speak with qualified mental health professionals who understand the pressures of creative work and can support you through whatever you’re facing.
The Helpline is staffed by experienced counsellors who can support individuals with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns, career and work-related stress, financial pressures, and conflict. The service provides up to 12 free counselling sessions per person, with appointments generally available at times that suit your needs.
You don’t have to be in a crisis to call the Helpline. Sometimes you just need to talk it out.
