The East Village Hotel (EVH) is a historic neighbourhood pub in Balmain East, with origins dating back to 1875. Originally established as the Commercial Hotel, it remains the only operating hotel in East Balmain and continues to serve as a valued local gathering place. Following its renovation and rebranding in 2011, the venue successfully combined its rich heritage with a contemporary hospitality offering, creating a welcoming destination for dining, drinks, and social occasions.
