Red Mill produces rums of the highest quality available for sale directly through us - or in many of Sydney's top bars, restaurants and bottleshops. Including all of your favourites on the Balmain peninsular.
The brand itself was created in 1933 and soon became Sydneys favourite rum until fading away in the 1980s. Red Mill is now being re-imagined by David Fesq, the great grandson of the original founder. The rums are all made by hand and delivered from our barrelhouse in our home at White Bay. We are also currently creating an event space for just over 200 people in our barrel hall that looks over stills and over 200 of the most unique oak barrels sourced from around the world and containing our delicious rums.
