Shila Kitchen was established to fill a unique gap in Australia, where no other restaurant or business has fully embraced the opportunity to explore and celebrate the depth of ancient Persian cuisine. This rich culinary tradition, with its vibrant flavours, unique ingredients, artful combinations, and remarkable health benefits, has remained largely unknown to many people around the world.

From authentic homemade dishes and traditional restaurant fare to delicacies like preserves, pickles, jams, dips, stews, and sweets, Shila Kitchen strives to be the gateway to this extraordinary culinary heritage. We are dedicated to introducing non-Iranians to the history, culture, and values embedded in Persian cuisine, offering a taste of its timeless traditions and unmatched flavours.
