Sound Journey delivers immersive sound experiences for festivals, community events, precinct activations, conferences, venues and workplace programs across Sydney. Working with councils, event organisers and venues, Sound Journey creates engaging experiences that support audience participation, wellbeing and community connection.
Founded by Yifat Shirben, a certified practitioner, Sound Journey brings crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and tuning forks into a guided session that leaves groups calm, connected and reset. No prior meditation experience is needed - sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone in the room.
Sound bath sessions - 45 to 60 minutes, seated or lying down. Works as a standalone experience, a wellbeing break in a conference or offsite, or a closing moment at an event.
Wellness workshops - a sound bath paired with a practical, interactive session on stress sustainability, the nervous system and simple sound-based tools people can use themselves.
Full-day retreats and offsites - delivered in partnership with venues across Sydney's North Shore.
Community and public events - pop-up sound baths for festivals, activations, libraries, markets and wellbeing days.
Private and small-group sessions - at my studio in Sydney's North Shore, for up to six people.

My approach blends science, intuition, and a calm, grounded presence.
Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, you’re in good hands.
Every session is tailored - the theme, length and format shift depending on whether the group is a corporate team at lunchtime, a conference audience mid-afternoon, or a community group on a weekend.
Before sound healing I spent over a decade working in business and marketing, so I understand event timelines, briefs and the realities of running something inside a working day. Sessions are easy to brief, run to time, and are designed around the space and audience rather than a fixed template.
