A new database to help NSW Government agencies find your music for future opportunities.
)
NSW is home to extraordinary music that celebrates our stories, our people and our sense of place. In recognition of this important contribution, the NSW Government has introduced the Championing NSW Music Policy, which encourages government agencies to prioritise NSW music in their campaigns, initiatives and events.
To help government agencies build their knowledge of the talent our state has to offer, Sound NSW is conducting a call out for NSW artists/acts and songwriters to join a database of NSW music professionals, called the Championing NSW Music database.
The database will act as a resource to help government agencies discover NSW talent for consideration for use. This might include live performances at events, bespoke commissions for advertising campaigns, synchronisation opportunities for video/social media content, or the inclusion of music in playlists for events.
If you are a NSW artist/act or songwriter (or represent one), and you would like to be included in the Championing NSW Music database, please fill out the form below.
Complete the submission form here.
Please note that submitting your details to this database does not guarantee future work from the NSW Government. However, it will increase the opportunity to be contacted for NSW Government projects, initiatives and events.
