Sound NSW is a dedicated office within the NSW Government committed to the growth, development and promotion of contemporary music in NSW.
We provide grants, funding and support for NSW artists, live music venues, organisations and professionals in the NSW music industry.
In December 2024, we published the NSW Contemporary Music Strategy. It's the state's first ever 10-year music strategy and an exciting roadmap for the Government's support for the music industry over the next 10 years.
