The Have Your Say - NSW Vibrancy Reforms website below brings together current and past consultations on vibrancy reforms, making it easy to understand what's happening now and how previous feedback has helped shape change.
In 2026, the NSW Government is continuing conversations with key stakeholders to test, refine and improve elements of the vibrancy reforms based on what they've heard to date.
They're gathering insights from licensed venues across NSW to better understand experiences, sentiments, and perspectives on the NSW Government's commitment to enhancing vibrancy and positioning NSW as a world-class nightlife destination for locals, visitors, and workers alike.
Your feedback is important to assess current initiatives and shape future policies and programs to better support the industry.
Your responses will remain confidential and will be used for research and evaluation purposes only. Data will be reported in aggregate form, ensuring that no individual responses are identifiable.
