Australian Government funding of up to $150 for eligible small businesses to help with the cost of electricity

The 2025-26 National Energy Bill Relief payment helps NSW small businesses pay their electricity bills.
Eligible NSW small businesses who are embedded network (on-supply) customers can apply for a National Energy Bill Relief payment of up to $150 in the 2025-26 financial year.
Note that some eligible small businesses who are retail customers may receive their Bill Relief payment automatically via their energy bills. Contact your energy retailer for more information.
The payment is delivered on behalf of the Australian Government by the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
Businesses must complete their application via SmartyGrants.
