Spring Cycle - Stallholder Expression of Interest

Spring Cycle is a major community cycling event that attracts thousands of riders, families and supporters from across Sydney. We are seeking stallholders to help create a vibrant and engaging event experience at key event hubs throughout the day.

Stallholder opportunities are available at:

• Pirrama Park, Pyrmont – a bustling event village welcoming riders, families and supporters.

• Parramatta Park – a vibrant community hub celebrating the energy and diversity of Western Sydney.

Suitable stallholders

We welcome applications from:

• Local businesses

• Community organisations

• Health and wellbeing providers

• Sports and cycling related businesses

• Food and beverage vendors

• Arts, crafts and handmade product vendors

• Family focused businesses and services

• Charities and not for profit organisations

Spring Cycle is a fundraising event supporting Lifeline, helping raise vital funds so Lifeline can continue delivering crisis support and community services.

Stallholders will benefit from:

Important information

• This is a family friendly public event. Stall displays and activities must be suitable for a broad community audience.

• Stallholders are responsible for supplying and managing their own stall equipment unless otherwise advised.

• Food vendors must hold all required licences, permits and insurances.

• Public Liability Insurance is required.

• Site allocations will be confirmed prior to the event.

• No power available.

By participating, stallholders will help create a memorable event experience while supporting Lifeline's vital work providing crisis support and community services across Sydney.
