Spring Cycle - Performer Expression of Interest

Spring Cycle is a major community cycling event that attracts thousands of riders, families and supporters from across Sydney. We are seeking family-friendly performers to help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at key event hubs throughout the day.

Please note that this is an unpaid performance opportunity.

Performance opportunities are available at:

• Pirrama Park, Pyrmont – family-friendly entertainment in the event village atmosphere.

• Parramatta Park – diverse community performances celebrating the energy and cultural diversity of Western Sydney.

Suitable performers

We are looking for performers who can operate with a simple, low-impact setup. Technical support provided on site will be limited to:

• Two microphones

• Music playback capability

• Basic event power access

Suitable acts may include:

• Solo singers

• Vocal duos

• Choirs

• Dance groups using backing tracks

• Cultural performance groups

• Community performance groups

• Acoustic performers who do not require extensive amplification

• Children's entertainment and interactive acts

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate performances requiring full band setups, drum kits, complex staging, large PA systems, or specialised production requirements.

Important information

• This is a family-friendly public event. All performances must be suitable for a broad community audience.

• Performers must be largely self-contained and capable of operating with a simple technical setup.

• Please note that this is an unpaid performance opportunity. By participating, performers will help create a memorable event experience while supporting Lifeline's vital work in mental health and crisis support.
