Spring Cycle - Food Vendors Expression of Interest

Spring Cycle is a major community cycling event that attracts thousands of riders, families and supporters from across Sydney. We are seeking food vendors to help create a vibrant and enjoyable event experience at our key event hubs throughout the day.

Food vendor opportunities are available at:

• North Sydney Oval (Start Line) – Coffee & quick breakfast items. Over 6,000 riders in attendance

• Pirrama Park, Pyrmont – a busy event village welcoming riders, families and visitors.

• Parramatta Park – a lively community hub celebrating the energy and diversity of Western Sydney.

We are seeking high quality food and beverage vendors that can provide a positive customer experience for event participants and spectators. Suitable vendors may include:

• Coffee vendors

• Fresh food and healthy meal providers

• Grab and go food options

• Bakery and sweet treat vendors

• Juice, smoothie and beverage vendors

• Family friendly food operators

• Mobile food trucks and food trailers

Preference may be given to vendors offering healthy, nutritious and sustainable food options that align with the active lifestyle focus of the event.

Spring Cycle is a fundraising event supporting Lifeline, helping raise vital funds so Lifeline can continue delivering crisis support and community services.

Important information

• This is a family friendly public event.

• Vendors must hold all relevant licences, permits and food handling certifications.

• Vendors must provide their own equipment, infrastructure and staffing.

• Public Liability Insurance may be required.

• Site allocations will be confirmed prior to the event.

• Power availability may be limited and should be discussed during the application process.
